Founder profile · eFast
Founder & CEO of eFast
Aarush Patil is the founder and CEO of eFast, a Pune EV startup building an all-electric cab network that runs on its own DC fast-charging hubs. He leads the company's strategy, business model, finances and fundraising.
Quick facts
Aarush Patil is an entrepreneur from Pune, India, and the founder and CEO of eFast, an electric mobility startup building an all-electric cab network powered by its own DC fast-charging hubs. He is a designated partner of Aarushnova Ventures LLP, previously co-founded the Pune marketing and events company Red Cup Club, and is pursuing a BBA in International Business at MIT World Peace University.
About
Aarush founded eFast after spotting a structural gap in Indian mobility: ride-hailing apps own rider demand but not drivers' energy costs, while charging operators own chargers but have no guaranteed demand. eFast brings the two together, pairing a driver-owned EV fleet with charging hubs that eFast builds and runs itself.
He designed eFast's business model, led primary research with 201 Pune cab drivers to ground driver economics in real data, and built the full Pune launch financial model. He is leading eFast's first funding round and its talks with vehicle and charging-hardware partners, ahead of the Pune pilot in December 2026.
Aarush is pursuing a BBA in International Business at MIT World Peace University, Pune, and applies it directly to building eFast: unit economics, fundraising, partnerships and go-to-market.
